Phase 1 and 2 were completed in March 2026. This work ensured that the building is now watertight and compliant.
Phase 3 looks to complete further works that enable the relocaiton of the Community Library and the Town Council offices. This phase is called Project EVE, named after the Extreem Value Engineering exercise to achieve the best value for money achieving almost half of the whole scope of works to be completed.
This phaae of works will inclde the partial internal refurbishment allowing hte exisitng library and Town counicl to relocate to the new Trinity Hub.
It will also include:
- New interim public entrance from The Street.
- New ramped/accesible entrance to the north.
- Refurbished Street Hall, a multi-use hall also serciveg as atemporarty library until Phase 4 is completed.
- New Radstock Town Council offices.
- Additional Toilets, new efficient heating system and lighting and redecoration will make thebuilding a warm, pleasant and welcoming space for the community to use and enjoy, whilst also improging energy efficiency.
