Radstock Town Council formally invites expressions of interest for the tender of Trinity Hub Project EVE works.
Project EVE (Extreme Value Engineering) was designed to deliver optimal value with the highest possible return. Trinity Hub was purchased in May 2024 with a project programme to create a new community building. Phases 1 and 2 were completed in 2025/2026 with essential works including building watertightness, energy improvements and compliance. Project EVE (the next phase) looks to bring Trinity into full community use.
Project EVE Works Description:
The key elements for Project EVE include installation of a new kitchen, new WCs to meet compliance requirements, Secondary glazing, a new heating system and full re-wire, redecoration and some other minor alterations and refurbishment works.
The site has complex access constraints and working restrictions, these will be detailed within the tender documentation. However, access for this project and works to parts of the building will require micromanagement throughout the delivery phase.
